Annasaheb Gundewar (A.G.) College, Nagpur was estabilished in the year 1984 by the Village Uplift Society, Nagpur to spread education for the people residing on the outskirts of the North-West Nagpur. The college is gradually developing into large educational campus. The academic results of the college have been exemplary. In the field of extra curricular activities like games and sports, debates and N.S.S., the performance of the students has been outstanding. The college is honoured with N.S.S. state award by the Govt. of Maharashtra and has organised Maharashtra State Level Commerce Conference in the 1999 - 2000 session. During the session 2003-2004 NAAC has assessed and accredited the college and awarded grade B. The teaching faculty consists of a galaxy of outstanding educationists, researchers and scholars.
