The Following rules regarding payment of fees are to be strictly adhered to by the students :
i) The fees are to be paid in two instalments, first instalment is to be paid at the time of admission and second, before November 30.
ii) In case a student fails to deposit the Second Instalment of fees by November 30, a fine of Rs. 50/- will be imposed for the default. In case the second instalment of fees is not deposited by, November 30, the name of the student will be struck off from the roll. His name will then be entered on roll of students only on depositing re-admission fee of Rs. 100/-.
iii) For Duplicate Transfer Certificate and the Duplicate copy of Marksheets a Fee of Rs. 20/- each shall be charged. For the copy of the other documents a fee of Rs. 10/- will be charged.
iv) The fee once paid shall not be refunded in any case.
v) On payment of any fee in the College a receipt must be obtained from the cashier and must be preserved
Securedly.
vi) Refund of any kind must be collected within time prescribed, failing which the same will be forfeited.
vii) Text Book Library Deposits must be collected within one month from the last day of examination concerned.
NOTE :
1) Rs. 200/- are charged as Degree fee for all final year students.
2) Migrated students from other universities shall pay Rs. 200/- for General Examination (B.A., B. Com. & B. Com. Computer Application) and Rs. 500/- for professional Examination (B. B. A. & M. Com. Professional)
3) External U. G. & P.G. Students and Students from other than R.T.M. Nagpur University should submit University Enrollment form through the college.
4) If the State Govt. withdraws E.B.C. or Other Concessions in that case students will be required to pay Fees like Fee Paying Students.
